- 4 cups ice
- 2 cups vanilla ice cream
- ½ cup whole milk
- ¼ cup hot honey (preferably Bee Local), plus more for garnish
- ¼ cup bourbon
- ½ teaspoon flaky sea salt, plus more for garnish
- In a blender, combine all the ingredients. Blend until smooth then divide between glasses. Garnish with hot honey and sea salt to taste, then serve.
