This delicious no-bake cheesecake is so quick and simple to make, you’ll probably make one a week! Your family will be begging for more, so be careful, it’s addicting!
For this yummy no-bake cheesecake you’ll need the following ingredients: 3 cups of plain graham crackers, 1 cup of melted butter, 3 cups of fresh strawberries, 1 cup of sugar, 1 ½ cup of whipping cream, 3 cups of cream cheese and a few extra strawberries for decorating! Once you have everything gathered, you can begin by grounding down the graham crackers and mixing their crumbs with the melted butter to make a solid crust.
Next, you’ll coat the bottom of a 9-inch, round baking pan with the crust mixture. Place it in the fridge while you whip up the filling. Now you can puree the strawberries, sugar, cream cheese and whipping cream in the food processor until it’s thick and smooth. Pour the cream mixture over the crust and put it back in the fridge to sit overnight. The next morning you can take it out and decorate it with the extra strawberries and other dainty accents, like baby’s breath. It’s almost too pretty to eat… almost!
