Meet Freddy, The Great Dane, The World’s Tallest Dog

Meet Freddy! Freddy has been officially declared the tallest, living dog in the world at 7 feet 6 inches tall. When Claire Stoneman first brought Freddy home, she knew he was going to be a big dog, but had no idea he would be the largest Great Danes ever!

Great Danes are a large breed, but Freddy surpassed everyone’s expectations.

Freddy is a massive dog who towers over every other dog on the planet. Because of his height, he has been officially recognized by Guinness World Records.

Freddy now weighs over 200 pounds and is more than two feet taller than his owner when he stands on his hind legs. Claire has nothing but love for her over-sized furbaby.

Freddy and his sister, Fleur, are treated like her children. Freddy and Fleur always have a constant supply of their favorite snacks like whole roasted chickens and peanut butter on toast. Claire’s pet grocery bill totals over $15,000 every year, and that doesn’t include the 23 sofas Freddy dined on as a puppy.

“I’d come home and find a sea of foam across the floor. But he’s my baby and I can’t imagine life without him.”

Thankfully, the record-breaker is more interested in napping on the sofas than eating them. In addition, Claire sacrifices her sleep schedule so Freddy can have his 40-minute daily walk. They leave their home during the early hours of the morning to avoid other dogs that may be intimidated by Freddy’s impressive size.
